How it works
Two dates, not one
Most contract reminders count down to the expiration date. But an agreement that renews automatically usually has to be cancelled in writing some number of days before it expires. Miss that notice deadline and you are committed to another term, even if the expiration date is still weeks away.

Your contracts stay yours
There is no Keepwatch server. Your contracts, documents and notes stay on your devices and, if you turn on iCloud, in your own iCloud account, where we cannot read them. Documents are read on your device. The only data that leaves it is a record of your subscription purchase, kept under an anonymous ID so your plan works on all your devices.
