Who provides Keepwatch

Keepwatch is provided by Lincoln Road Ventures, LLC, doing business as Lincoln Road Apps (“we” or “us”). Contact: [email protected].

Not legal advice

Keepwatch is a tool for tracking contract dates and reminders. It does not provide legal advice, does not interpret your contracts, and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Notice letters generated by Keepwatch are sample language that you must review and adapt. For advice about a specific agreement, consult a qualified attorney.

You confirm every date

Keepwatch calculates deadlines from the dates and terms you enter or confirm. Dates and terms it suggests from a document are produced by automated reading and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking every date, notice period and term against the original agreement, and for giving any notice yourself, on time and by the method the agreement requires. Keepwatch does not send notices on your behalf.

Reminders are not guaranteed

Reminders depend on your device, its notification settings, Focus modes, iCloud and other factors outside our control. Do not rely on Keepwatch as your only way of tracking an important deadline.

Free plan and Keepwatch Pro

Keepwatch is free to download and use for up to three active contracts. Keepwatch Pro, an auto-renewable subscription, removes that limit. Pro is offered monthly or annually; the current price is shown in the app before you buy, and may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of any free trial.
• The annual plan may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings, or from Settings → Manage subscription in Keepwatch.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• One subscription covers Keepwatch on iPhone, iPad and Mac for the same Apple Account.

Your content

Your contracts, documents and notes belong to you. They are stored on your devices and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. We do not receive or claim any rights to them. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Use Keepwatch only for lawful purposes and in line with the Standard EULA and the App Store terms. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app or its subscription system.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Keepwatch is provided “as is” and “as available,” as described in the Standard EULA. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed deadlines, renewals, penalties, or any other loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, Keepwatch, including loss caused by incorrect dates, missed or delayed notifications, or sync issues. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Keepwatch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
