Sample contracts
Fictional contracts for trying Keepwatch. Every party, address and term is invented.
How to use them. Download a file. On a Mac, drag it onto the Keepwatch sidebar where it says “Drag a contract here to add it”. On iPhone or iPad, tap “Add a contract”, then “Import a PDF” or “Choose a photo”. Keepwatch reads the document on the device and suggests the dates, the notice period and the parties for you to confirm.
Sample 1: Services agreement (PDF)
Expires February 28, 2027. Renews for one year unless notice is given 60 days before the term ends. Notice by certified mail.
Sample 2: Equipment lease (PDF)
Expires June 30, 2027. Renews for one year unless notice is given 90 days before the term ends. Notice by certified mail or overnight courier.
